Day 282

The Parents had a wonderful anniversary and both loved the gifts. We had lunch together and they went out to celebrate with some friends for dinner. As the day was winding down I got this feeling that changes are just around the corner. I tend to not like changes, so I started getting nervous. I can't pinpoint what these are, but  I am taking the steps to accept them. So lots of tapping coming up this week to work through the fear or the unknown and lots of positive thinking....
