Day 142 Moody Monday

Apparently yesterday going in and out of the trolley car  during the mural art tour I must have pulled my lower back muscles or pinched a nerve. Today I spent the day mostly in bed reading.
Earlier tonight as I was looking out the window I saw some interesting smoke like cloud  coming out of the State Penitentiary.

Turns out they were testing fireworks ... i couldn't move fast enough with my pain so I wan't able to capture some of it.
