Day 144 Amazing skies

Woke up today still in pain but much much better. Not used to having my back hurt so much that it stops me from moving. Or maybe I just didn't feel like moving, therefore my back gave out. Hmm...
I got to meditate watching the clouds go by against a bright blue sky. A moving painting. I captured a couple of moments. I want to turn the big one into a painting
